Once I accept a project how many phone calls or e-mails should I expect?

Communication, both verbally and electronically, will be vitally important to the success of your project.  You will always receive a small number of e-mails directly from your recruiter after accepting a project.  You should also expect a call from your recruiter a day before your project to confirm the assignment and ensure you do not have any last minute questions or concerns.  You may also receive a call from technical support and the client to confirm you for the project as well.

The phone calls can become redundant but they are essential in providing the highest level of quality service to our clients.

Properly following the call in procedures, and promptly returning all calls and e-mails will ensure a solid communication link and greatly contribute to successfully completing the project.
